Workshops
A powerful, unique experience for teams and organizations — covering topics like secondary trauma and resiliency, grief, reconstructing faith after spiritual trauma, strong marriages, how childhood shapes the adult brain, recovering from past abuse, and healthy relationships in the workplace. Reach out to design a workshop for your group.
Insurance and financial assistance may be available for any of the above. Ask us when you reach out.
Concentrated time leads to faster breakthroughs. Half-day, 3-day, and 5-day formats all offer the same core advantages — focused attention, flexible scheduling around your life, and a supportive environment designed for real progress, not just maintenance.
Most clients schedule a follow-up after their intensive to continue the work. Multi-day retreats add deeper assessment, tailored sessions, and built-in time to integrate what you've learned before you head home.
Why an Intensive Format?
